The Platform

EVERYTHING A DEALER SIGNS THEIR NAME TO

One system for the records that ATF and CA DOJ actually inspect — plus the register that feeds them, so nothing gets written twice or forgotten once.

Native e4473

The real electronic Form 4473 — Revised Aug 2023, built to ATF Ruling 2016-2's conditions. The buyer completes Section B on their own phone via QR + PIN; staff run Sections A, C and E with every stop condition enforced. Verbatim printed reproduction on demand.

Ruling 2016-2

A&D Bound Book

Append-only, sequentially numbered, corrections as visible strikethroughs — never silent edits. Late entries are flagged, not hidden. Acquisitions flow in from receiving and trade-ins; dispositions write themselves at transfer. Daily-download CSV in the 2016-1 format.

Ruling 2016-1 · 27 CFR 478.125(e)

California DROS, natively

DES has no API — so the platform reads your DROS PDFs, links them to the right 4473, tracks the 10-day wait and the 30-day window, and refuses release while DES shows Pending. It even catches the two-clock trap: a NICS check expiring while the DROS still runs.

ATF Inspection Mode

One tap locks the device to a read-only inspection view: the 478.125(e) register, every transaction record with print links, hash-chain verification, and book-vs-inventory reconcile. Navigation disappears; only an admin password or manager PIN unlocks it.

The register that feeds the book

A full point of sale — drawers, cash management, layaway, work orders, trade-ins — where every firearm action writes the compliance record automatically. CA excise handled. Form 8300 thresholds watched. A serial can never ring twice.

Your records, at your premises

Nightly bound-book and 4473 copies land in your own cloud storage and sync to a machine at your licensed premises — the daily download Ruling 2016-1 requires, automated. Your data exports completely, any day, in inspection-ready format.

Why this exists
"We run a working FFL in Riverside, California. Every feature in this platform exists because we needed it at our own counter — the DROS two-clock warning, the inspection lock, the book that reconciles itself against the safe. We built it, we run our shop on it, and now we're opening it to dealers who are tired of software built by people who've never logged an acquisition."

DEALER-BUILTDesigned and battle-tested inside a live California FFL — not a demo environment.
CALIFORNIA-NATIVEDROS, DES gates, the 10-day wait, CA excise — first-class features, not bolted-on afterthoughts.
YOUR OWN ENVIRONMENTEvery dealer gets an isolated instance and database. Your book never shares a table with anyone else's.
